Design for manufacture

​We source parts and assemble your prototypes for evaluation and further testing, This includes debug of hardware and software, making any modifications as well as enclosure fitting to deliver working prototypes for your own testing and approval

​We work with third party test houses to obtain CE mark, RoHS and FCC certification to enable you to sell your product into the global marketplace. We provide full set of documentation to your specification such as design documents and test procedures

We follow your prototypes through the final manufacturing phase to source the most competitive parts and design the electronic assemblies for ease of manufacture and enclosure fitting. We also design any necessary test jigs to speed up the assembly process
